Fill out the file a claim form with as much information as you can so that we can readily assist you. You will be required to enter an email and phone so that we may contact you.
After you File A Claim, you will receive an email confirming that you have sent that claim. As the status of your claim changes, you will receive additional emails notifying you of that status change. You may be contacted with additional emails to gain more information about your claim.
Review the Terms and Conditions to verify that your item is covered
Yes, You have 30 days from date of purchase to go back into the store to purchase your extended warranty.
Your customer number is listed on your receipt. If you do not have your receipt, fill out the form the best you can and we will find your warranty in the system.
